Silvermont Associates Group was founded in May 2009 by Aleksander Montalbetti, (MD at Montalbetti Associates), Michal Gaszczynski, (formerly MD CEE at Edison Morgan) and Krzysztof Paleolog (formerly Business Development Manager CEE at Edison Morgan).
