Aleksander Montalbetti

With a large number of successfully concluded search mandates, he is a highly experienced executive search consultant. Aleksander has an international background and is very familiar with the cultural factors affecting executive searches in different countries.

Aleksander grew up in Poland, Tunisia, France and Germany; he studied Business Administration in Aix-en-Provence and in Frankfurt. He speaks fluently German, English, French, Polish and Italian.

He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys playing sports, especially kite-surfing and outrigger canoe.

Sina Schahram-Nia

Sina has more than a decade experience in Investment Banking. After graduation he joined the investment bank Salomon Brothers working in the “fixed income sales and trading “ department in New York, London, and Frankfurt.

Later he moved to Goldman Sachs and Bank of America as “Head of Fixed Income Sales” for the German speaking regions of Europe and was responsible for the coverage of major institutional clients.

After his investment banking career he founded his own eCommerce company.

Sina was born in Germany and grew up in the USA and Germany. He graduated from the renowned University of California, Berkeley and the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). He is fluent in English and German.

In his spare time, Sina is involved in the none-profit sector. He is founder and volunteer chairman of the none profit organization BISS e.V.. He actively mentors University students at the LSE. Furthermore, he is the President of the University of California, Berkeley Alumni Club Germany. He is married and has a young son.
